Return and Refund Policy

At HadiyaHub, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Every order is carefully packed and individually checked for quality control before being dispatched. Customer satisfaction is a key part of our commitment, and this is reflected in our return and refund policy.


ARTICLE 1 - REFUND CONDITIONS

HadiyaHub accepts returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Return Period:
When you order from HadiyaHub, you can rest assured that our products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee if your item is defective. If the item does not meet your expectations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return it from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all packaging and labels intact. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories included, in brand-new condition, and must not have been damaged in any way while in the customer's possession.

Non-Refundable Items:
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or customisation reasons, such as opened henna kits or personalised prayer rugs. These items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


ARTICLE 2 - RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@hadiyahub.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your product is defective and you request a refund or replacement, we require a video demonstrating the issue.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and follow the instructions for returning the item.

  3. Send the product to the address provided in the confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or was sent in error.

Please Note: Under UK law, if you are returning items because they are defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.


ARTICLE 3 - REFUND POLICY

Refund Approval:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:
If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that it may take additional time depending on your payment provider.

Refund Delays:
If you do not see your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  • If the refund is still missing after verifying with your bank, contact us at support@hadiyahub.com.


ARTICLE 4 - DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hadiyahub.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost, and we will either replace or refund the item.

  • If the item is defective, you are entitled to a full refund, including any shipping charges.


ARTICLE 5 - EXCEPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Personalised Products:
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear defect or the product is not as described. As per UK law, personalised items are exempt from the cooling-off period.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. The gift credit can only be used for future purchases.

Lost or Stolen Parcels:
HadiyaHub is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that have been marked as delivered at the shipping address provided for an order.

  • Upon request, HadiyaHub will confirm the delivery details, including the shipping address, delivery date, tracking information, and courier details, so the customer can investigate further with the carrier.
